Can you get pregnant after tubal pregnancy?

I had a tubal pregnancy a couple of years ago, and it was a very difficult time. My husband and I are hoping to start a family. I wanted to know, is it possible to get pregnant after a tubal pregnancy, or has it affected my chances greatly?

I went to a specialist at Fortis for this. Yes, you can conceive, but you must ask your doctor clearly about the health of your remaining fallopian tube first. They will likely recommend an HSG test to check for any blockages.

From all the medical articles I have been reading, yes, conceiving is definitely possible even if one tube was damaged or removed. The other healthy tube easily takes over the job. It is quite fascinating how resilient our bodies are.

Yes, absolutely. As long as you have one healthy, open fallopian tube and are ovulating, you can get pregnant naturally. Just give your body a few months to recover from any surgery before trying again, and keep your doctor updated.

Yes, you can, so don't lose hope. But listen, since you had a tubal pregnancy before, the risk of it happening again is slightly higher. Make sure your gynaecologist closely monitors your next pregnancy from the very first week.

Yes, it is possible. Just plan your finances carefully because you will need early ultrasounds and regular blood tests next time to ensure the embryo is in the right place. Ask your doctor for package rates to keep costs manageable.
