Can you eat greek yogurt during pregnancy?

I'm trying to add more protein to my diet during pregnancy, and Greek yogurt seems like a good option. I just wanted to confirm if it's considered safe for pregnant women to eat.

Haan na, Greek yogurt is actually very good for acidity during pregnancy, ho na. It has so much protein compared to regular dahi. Just buy the pasteurized ones from a good brand and eat it fresh.

Yes, Greek yogurt is a wonderful, soothing food during pregnancy. It is rich in calcium and natural proteins which nourish the developing life inside you. Just choose plain, unsweetened varieties to keep your body calm and free from artificial sugars.

Greek yogurt is a lifesaver for pregnancy cravings! You can mix in some honey, chopped mangoes, or chia seeds and it feels like a gourmet dessert but is secretly super healthy. Definitely keep a few tubs in your fridge.

In our days, we used to hang homemade dahi to make chakka, which is very similar to Greek yogurt. It is highly nourishing for pregnant mothers. You can eat it daily, it will give you strength and keep your digestion very smooth.

I just delivered my baby three months ago, and I ate plain Greek yogurt almost every single day of my pregnancy. It kept my calcium levels perfect and really helped with the terrible third-trimester heartburn. Highly recommend it.

Greek yogurt is a top-tier protein source when you are expecting. It helps with muscle retention and keeps you full for longer. Just watch out for the flavored ones in the market, they are often loaded with unnecessary sugar. Stick to plain and add fresh berries.

Look, simply check the packaging to make sure it is made from pasteurized milk. As long as it is pasteurized, it is completely safe and actually very healthy for you and the baby. Go ahead and eat it without overthinking.

I was so scared to eat Greek yogurt because I read somewhere about active cultures, but then I realized probiotics are actually great for gut health during pregnancy. Just make sure the tub is freshly opened and stored at the right temperature so you don't worry.
