Can you eat feta cheese during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and absolutely love salads with feta cheese. My sister told me that some soft cheeses aren't safe during pregnancy. Is feta cheese one of them?

Yes, you can eat feta cheese during pregnancy, but only if it is made from pasteurized milk. Just check the food label carefully before buying to be safe. Take care of yourself.

I was craving Greek salad so much during my pregnancy! I bought pasteurized feta cheese from a trusted brand and made it at home. It is totally safe as long as it is pasteurized, so you don't have to completely skip your favorite salads.

If you are buying feta cheese from a local supermarket, just read the ingredients list to confirm it says 'pasteurized'. If you are eating out at a cafe, it is safer to skip it because you can't verify the packaging. Quick check, zero risk.

Pregnancy cravings are real, and feta cheese adds such a great flavor! Just make sure it is pasteurized to keep the nasty bacteria away, and you can enjoy your gourmet salads. No need to compromise on taste when you can eat safely!

I accidentally ate some feta cheese at a party yesterday and now I am panicking. How do I know if it was pasteurized or not? Did anyone else eat feta during pregnancy and everything turned out fine? Please let me know, I am so worried.
