Can you drink alcohol with elevated liver enzymes?

My recent blood test showed that my liver enzymes are a bit high. The doctor advised me to be careful with my diet. I usually enjoy a beer or two on weekends with friends, so I'm wondering if I should stop completely or if thoda alcohol is still okay sometimes.

Elevated liver enzymes mean your liver is currently under stress or inflamed. Just like I have to monitor my thyroid levels with regular blood tests, you need to track your liver panels closely. Absolutely avoid alcohol right now and follow up with your doctor to find the exact cause.

Hey man, high liver enzymes are a clear signal from your body to slow down. Alcohol directly stresses the liver, so cutting it out completely for a while is the best move. Focus on a clean diet, drink plenty of water, and do light workouts to help your liver detox naturally.

When the liver is inflamed, we must treat it with great care. Alcohol is poison for an already weak liver. You should drink fresh amla juice or warm warm water with turmeric in the morning, and eat simple, non-oily food. Please let your liver rest and recover.

I absolutely panicked when my report showed high liver enzymes and immediately thought the worst. But after cutting out alcohol completely and eating clean for a month, my levels came back to normal. Don't worry, the liver has amazing healing power, just give it a break from alcohol.

My liver enzymes were quite high during a routine checkup last year. My doctor explained that elevated SGOT and SGPT levels show liver cell damage, and drinking even a little alcohol can worsen the inflammation. He made me stop drinking completely until my levels returned to normal.

At this age, our body reports are like a surprise test we didn't study for! Elevated liver enzymes are a clear sign to put down the glass. Honestly, our livers can't handle the same lifestyle we had in our twenties, so let's stick to coconut water and give the poor organ a rest.
