I visited a leading gastroenterologist at a major hospital for my cousin's treatment. He made it clear that severe liver damage, like cirrhosis, can lead to fatal organ failure if left unchecked. You must get proper blood tests and a liver scan done to know the exact status.

Liver damage can be highly serious, but early damage can often be reversed with a clean diet. Try to avoid processed foods, heavy oils, and refined sugar completely to let your liver recover. Focus on simple, fresh homemade meals and plenty of water.

Haan, severe liver damage can be very dangerous if you don't take care on time, na. My uncle had to stop alcohol completely after his liver reports came bad. Don't worry, just show a good doc and manage your diet properly, everything will be fine.

Look, liver damage doesn't happen overnight and can be managed if caught early. The most practical solution is to cut out alcohol, reduce fatty food, and do some daily walking to keep your weight in check. Don't waste money on fancy detox juices.

Honestly, with my crazy work hours and late-night junk food cravings, my liver is probably screaming for help too. While severe damage can be fatal, early stages are usually just a wake-up call to sleep better and eat healthier. Time for us both to behave!
