Can you contract hepatitis from food?

I recently ate at a new restaurant, and now I'm feeling a bit uneasy thinking about hygiene. I've heard about hepatitis spreading through contaminated sources. Can one contract hepatitis by eating contaminated food or water?

Oh, I completely panicked when my son got diagnosed with Hepatitis A after eating out. I thought it was a lifelong disease! But the doctor reassured us that food-borne Hep A is temporary and clears up on its own with rest. Just keep them hydrated.

Yes, Hepatitis A and E definitely spread through contaminated food and water. Don't listen to people who say you can cure it with random herbs or home remedies. If you suspect you have it, go see a doctor immediately for a liver function test.

Yes, dirty food and water can cause it. Drinking warm boiled water with tulsi and eating light, fat-free home-cooked meals helps the liver heal. But if the eyes look yellow or urine is dark, you must go to the hospital immediately.

Haan babu, bahar ke khane aur gande paani se peeliya (Hepatitis A) ho jata hai. Barsaat ke dino mein hamesha ghar ka garam khana khao aur paani ubaal kar piyo. Apne sehat ka dhyan rakho, sab bhala hoga.

Listen, yes, you can get Hepatitis A or E from unhygienic food, but there's no need to stress. Just make sure you guys are drinking filtered or boiled water and avoiding raw street food during the rainy season. Take care of yourself.

I ate at a local dhabha recently and now I'm feeling super tired and nauseous. Is it possible to catch hepatitis that quickly from one meal? Has anyone else experienced this kind of sudden fatigue?

Yes, Hepatitis A can definitely come from outside food! So it's best to avoid eating raw salads or drinking open juices from local stalls. Stick to hot, freshly cooked food and you'll be totally safe! Cook clean, eat clean. 🍲
