Can wheat intolerance cause hair loss?

I suspect I have a wheat intolerance because I feel unwell after eating wheat products. Recently, I've also been experiencing hair thinning. Can wheat intolerance cause hair loss, or is it just a coincidence?

My doctor at Max Hospital told me that untreated wheat intolerance can damage the gut and lead to severe malabsorption of iron, causing hair fall. It's best to ask your doctor to run a proper food tolerance test.

Ab toh roti khaane se bhi baal jhad rahe hain! But seriously, if your stomach doesn't digest wheat well, your body won't get nutrients, and the head goes bald first. Better get it checked.

Puttar, agar gehu pachtaa nahi hai toh shareer mein kamzori aati hai aur baal jhadte hain. Kuch din jowar ya bajre ki roti kha kar dekho, aur subah thoda amla ka juice peeyo.

Yes, when our digestive fire is weak, we cannot digest complex grains like wheat, leading to toxins and hair loss. Gentle yoga twists and a clean diet can help restore your digestive balance.

I ignored my wheat intolerance for a long time and ended up with severe anemia and patches of hair loss. Please do not ignore this; consult a gastroenterologist before it damages your system further.
