Can we make sex during pregnancy?

We just found out I'm pregnant, and I'm a little confused about physical activity. Is it okay to have sex during pregnancy? My mother-in-law said we should be very careful.

Yes, the baby is safely packed inside a premium shockproof bag! Unless your doctor has explicitly put a 'no entry' sign due to some medical issue, you are totally fine. Just don't perform acrobatics.

It is totally normal to have doubts about this, I was so confused during my pregnancy too. My doctor explained that as long as there is no pain or bleeding, intimacy is totally fine. Just find comfortable positions and communicate with your partner.

If your doctor has confirmed your pregnancy is low-risk, physical intimacy is healthy and fine. Think of it like moderate exercise—just keep it gentle and don't overexert. Make sure she is also continuing light walks daily to stay active.

From my experience during both of my wife's pregnancies, we had normal relations without any issues. The key is to avoid pressure on the belly, especially in the second and third trimesters. Side-lying positions work best.

Look, there is no need to feel shy or scared. If your pregnancy is normal and healthy, sex is absolutely fine. Just don't be rough, and if she says she is too tired, let her sleep.

Medically it is safe, but make sure the mother's energy levels are good. Pregnancy takes a huge toll, so keeping up with nutrient-rich foods and staying hydrated is very important. If she feels too tired or weak, just give her some rest.

Please make sure to consult your doctor before continuing intimate relations. While it is safe for most, women with a history of preterm labor or cervical issues need to be extremely careful. Get a green light from your gynac first.

I totally panicked when we found out we were expecting and thought we had to stop everything for 9 months. But our doctor cleared it up in our first visit itself, saying it's completely safe. Just be gentle and communicate.

I used to feel so guilty and anxious even thinking about sex when I was pregnant, like I was doing something wrong. But talking to my counselor helped me realize it's a completely normal way to stay connected with your spouse. Take your time, there is no rush.

Don't stress, it is a very natural thing and won't hurt the baby at all. Just make sure to ask your doctor during your routine checkup if there are any specific complications to watch out for. Take it easy and look after her.

Unless your gynecologist has advised pelvic rest due to a specific medical condition like placenta previa, sex during pregnancy is perfectly healthy. It doesn't cause miscarriage. Just be open with your doctor and clear your doubts.

In our times, people didn't speak openly about these things, but it is quite normal. Just make sure she is getting enough rest and not feeling any pain. If there is any discomfort, immediately stop and let her rest.
