Can u take a pregnancy test at night?

I just realised I missed my period today, and I have a pregnancy test at home. It's already late evening. Can I take a pregnancy test at night and get an accurate result, or should I wait until morning?

You can take it at night, but if it is very early in your pregnancy, it might show a false negative because your urine is diluted. With my thyroid issues, my cycles were always irregular so I had to test often. I found it best to wait for the first morning urine, and if it is positive, immediately schedule a blood test with your doctor.

Arey night me test karne ka fayda nahi hai agar periods ko bas ek-do din hi hue hain. Urine diluted hota hai toh test clear nahi batata. Sabse best hai subah ka pehla urine use karo, usme hormone level high hota hai. Faltu me paise aur time mat waste karo raat ko test karke.

Yes, you can do it at night, but the accuracy depends on how late your period actually is. If it's been over a week since your missed period, a night test will easily detect the pregnancy hormone. But if you are testing early, I highly recommend waiting for the morning to get the most reliable result.

Haan, raat ko test toh kar sakte ho, par agar result negative aaye toh subah firse check karna padega na. Kyunki din bhar paani peene se urine dilute ho jata hai. Agar period ko late hue bahut din ho gaye hain, tab toh raat ko bhi positive aa jayega, tension mat lo.

Hey, I know you might be feeling anxious right now and want to know the result immediately. You can test at night, but just keep in mind that a negative result at night might not be 100% accurate if it's very early. Try to get some sleep and do the test first thing tomorrow morning for a clear, sure answer.
