Can u repair liver damage?

I've heard that the liver is quite resilient and can heal itself. If someone has liver damage, say from alcohol or disease, can the liver repair itself completely, or is the damage permanent?

The human body has an amazing power to heal itself if we give it the right environment and positive energy. The liver has a unique ability to regenerate, so keep a calm mind, avoid alcohol completely, and eat fresh, simple food.

I was diagnosed with Grade 2 fatty liver six months back and was super scared. But with zero alcohol, a strict low-carb diet, and daily walking, my recent reports showed my liver is back to normal. It is definitely reversible if caught early!

When my husband's liver reports came back bad, we went through so much stress and sleepless nights. It feels like the end of the world, but please know that the liver is very resilient. With discipline and doctor's guidance, things do get better.

Totally agree with the others here. Early stage liver damage can absolutely heal if you completely cut out junk food and alcohol immediately.

Liver healing is highly linked to reducing visceral fat. If your doctor gives you the green light, start with 30-45 minutes of brisk walking daily and cut out processed sugars completely. Active lifestyle is key to reducing liver fat.
