Can too much coffee cause hair loss?

Since I started working from home, my coffee consumption has shot up to 5-6 cups a day, maybe more. I've also noticed increased hair fall, even though I've not changed anything else. Can drinking too much coffee be a reason for hair loss?

Haha, I love my coffee way too much to blame it for my hair fall! But honestly, drinking too much of it can dehydrate your scalp. Just balance it with lots of water and you will be fine! 😊

In moderate amounts, caffeine is actually good, but too much of it ruins your sleep and increases anxiety. Stress and poor sleep are the biggest reasons for hair loss in young people today. Please drink less coffee and focus on timely meals.

In our times, we only drank one cup of tea. Today's generation drinks coffee all day long. It affects your stomach and leads to hair thinning. Don't worry, just cut down on the coffee, eat green vegetables, and your hair will recover.

Haan na, too much coffee increases acidity and body heat which can affect your hair. My mom always tells me to stop drinking so much tea and coffee. Better to stick to milk or simple coconut water sometimes.

Yes, excessive coffee can cause dehydration and high stress, which may lead to hair fall. Keep your coffee intake low.

Haan bhai, agar tum din mein 5-6 cup coffee peeyoge toh body dehydrate ho jayegi na. Usse baal dry ho kar jhadne lagte hain. Limit mein piyo, aur paani zyada piya karo.
