Can too many vitamins cause hair loss?

I started taking these multi-vitamin supplements suggested by a relative for general health. But recently, I've noticed a lot more hair fall than usual. Could it be because of the vitamins I'm taking, maybe too much of them?

I totally get it, seeing your hair fall like this can be so stressful and scary. Excess of things like Vitamin A or selenium can actually cause this, you know. Take a deep breath, and just check with a doc once to see what supplements you actually need.

Honestly, I totally freaked out last year when my hair was falling out in bunches after starting heavy supplements. Turns out I was overdoing some vitamin doses. I stopped them, met my doctor, and things went back to normal in a few months. It's totally fine, don't panic.

Mere saath bhi exactly same cheez hui thi last month. I was taking multivitamin tablets randomly without checking. Once I stopped those heavy doses on my doctor's advice, my hair fall stopped almost completely. Just stick to what the doctor prescribes.

Haan beta, zyada goli khane se bhi sharir me garmi ho jati hai aur baal jhadne lagte hain. Mere bete ne bhi gym ke chakkar me bahut dawayi kha li thi. Sab chhod ke ghar ka accha khana khao aur thoda doctor babu se pooch lo.

My grandmother always tells us to eat curry leaves and simple food for hair, but modern supplements are different. Taking too much of these pills can definitely upset your system and cause hair fall. Please show your blood report to a proper doctor instead of self-medicating.
