Can too many supplements cause liver damage?

I'm very into fitness and take several supplements for muscle growth and general health. My dietician warned me about potential risks if I overdo it. Can taking too many supplements actually lead to liver damage?

Yes, absolutely! 😮 Our liver has to process everything we consume, so popping too many pills can overload it. It is always best to eat fresh, natural meals and consult a doctor before starting any heavy supplements! Stay healthy! 🌟

I used to take multivitamin, iron, and biotin tablets all at once for my hair. My doctor told me to stop immediately because excessive synthetic vitamins, especially Vitamin A and iron, can stress the liver. Now I stick to a simple diet and only take what is prescribed.

Yes, it can. People spend thousands on unnecessary supplements which actually harm the liver. Instead, get a Liver Function Test (LFT) done for just 600-800 rupees at a reliable lab. Let a doctor see if you actually need any medicine first.

Honestly, yes. A lot of gym guys take random fat burners and high-dose protein supplements without knowing the liver risks. It is much safer to get your nutrients from normal ghar ka khana like paneer and eggs instead of piling on pills.

I completely understand how worrying this can be, especially when we start panicking about every pill we swallow. I used to be terrified of liver damage too. Just stop any self-prescribed pills, get a basic health checkup, and you will feel much more at peace.
