Can't sleep more than 6 hours?
Months have passed, and I barely manage to get six hours of sleep, even if I go to bed early. I wake up feeling unrefreshed and tired throughout the day. Is this enough, or should I be worried about long-term effects?

Honestly, I completely understand how frustrating this is. I used to stare at the ceiling worrying that 6 hours of sleep was slowly ruining my health, which only made my sleep worse. Please don't stress too much right now, but do mention it to a professional just to ease your mind.
Look at you getting a solid 6 hours! At my age, if I get 5 hours without having to wake up for the bathroom or a random back ache, I consider it a festival. Still, if you are feeling like a zombie all day, maybe try cutting down on that late-night chai.
Please don't take this lightly or ignore it like I did. I kept ignoring my broken sleep for months thinking it was just work stress, till my blood pressure shot up. Better to go get a proper checkup done by a physician before it affects your daily life.
While 6 hours might be normal for some individuals, chronic sleep limitation can impact your focus and immunity. It is best to consult a general physician or a sleep specialist rather than trying random sleeping pills. They can help rule out underlying issues like mild sleep apnea.
