Can't lose weight with pcos?

PCOS ka diagnosis hua hai pichle saal aur weight loss bilkul nahi ho raha. Kitni bhi diet kar loon ya exercise kar loon, ek kilo bhi nahi ghat raha. Bohut frustration ho rahi hai actually.

I completely understand how frustrating and anxiety-inducing this is. When I was diagnosed with PCOS, seeing the scale not budge despite eating less made me cry so many times. Please know that it's your hormones, not a lack of effort, so please be kind to yourself.

PCOS weight gain is closely connected to high cortisol and stress. I found that daily practice of slow, restorative yoga and pranayama helped balance my system better than intense gym workouts. Try to focus on calming your nervous system alongside a doctor's guidance.

Many women in our community face this issue, and the key is focusing on insulin resistance rather than just calorie counting. A balanced diet with high fiber, protein, and low-glycemic foods works wonders. A consultation with an endocrinologist can give you a solid roadmap.

Weight loss with PCOS is complex because of insulin resistance and hormonal imbalances. While diet and lifestyle changes are crucial, working with a gynecologist or endocrinologist is the most effective approach. They can guide you on medical interventions if necessary.

Hey, don't beat yourself up over this. PCOS makes your metabolism work differently, so standard weight loss rules don't apply to you. Focus on sleeping well, reducing stress, and taking your doctor's advice step-by-step.

Actually, cutting down on dairy and refined sugar made a huge difference for my PCOS bloating, yaar. It is super hard to stay consistent, but small daily habits really add up. Try to get a professional dietician's help if you can.

I finally started losing weight after struggling for three years with PCOS. What changed was prioritizing protein in every meal, strength training instead of hours of cardio, and getting my thyroid checked. Don't lose hope, it takes time but it is absolutely possible!

PCOS is like that uninvited guest who refuses to leave and eats all your progress! Just remember, your worth isn't measured by a scale. Keep moving, eat your veggies, and let the doctors work their medical magic on those hormones.

Omg, same! I literally look at a carb and gain weight because of my PCOS. I've started doing fun dance workouts and eating more paneer and salad instead of stressing over strict diets, and it's slowly helping.

Look, stop starving yourself because that will only mess up your hormones more. PCOS needs proper medical management first, then a clean home-cooked diet with less sugar and white rice. Talk to a good doctor and make a simple, practical plan.

Spearmint tea and cinnamon water are great natural ways to help manage insulin resistance in PCOS. However, these are just supportive remedies. You must work closely with a doctor to get your hormone levels checked regularly.
