In our home, we usually give light barley water or ORS for vomiting, but only in very small spoons. However, if your stomach is rejecting everything, it's not safe to stay at home. Please consult a doctor immediately to stop this.

Look, if you are throwing up even plain water, stop trying to eat or drink anything in large amounts. Go straight to a local clinic. Dehydration happens very fast in this weather and you might need a saline drip.

The key when you're vomiting like this is to let the stomach rest for an hour, then try literally one teaspoon of ORS. If you gulp water, it triggers the vomiting reflex again. But if this has been going on for hours, don't risk it—visit a doctor for medical management.

Your stomach lining is highly irritated right now, so do not try to eat any solid food at all. You can try a small spoonful of coconut water or ORS to balance electrolytes, but if the vomiting continues, please see a physician immediately.

I totally get how exhausting and scary it is when you can't even keep a sip of water down. It drains all your energy so fast. Please don't suffer through this, ask someone to take you to the nearest doctor right now.

Bro, this happened to me after eating some sketchy hostel food. I couldn't even swallow water without running to the washroom. Trust me, home remedies won't work if it's that bad, just go to a doctor and get an injection.
