Can stress cause hair fall?

I've noticed a lot more hair falling out in the shower and on my pillow lately. There haven't been any changes to my diet or hair products, but I've been really stressed with my business. Is it possible that stress is causing my hair fall?

Actually yaar, yes! I was losing chunks of hair during my wedding prep because of all the stress. My stylist told me stress pushes hair follicles into a resting phase, so they just fall out. I started meditating and it slowly got better.

Aaj kal ke bache bohot jaldi tension le lete hain, isiliye baal jhadte hain. Apply warm curry leaves oil once a week and massage your scalp gently. But don't take too much worry in your head, that is the main reason for hair fall.

I went through severe hair fall during a financial crisis in my 30s and was so worried I would go completely bald. But once life settled down, the hair fall stopped and it grew back. Have patience, this phase will also pass.

I went through this last semester during my exams and it was so depressing to see my hair everywhere. I started taking biotin after my doctor suggested it and made sure to sleep on time. Try to take some time out for yourself, it really helps.

You can try washing your hair with onion juice or methi seed paste, as these are good traditional remedies. However, if you are seeing bald patches, please consult a dermatologist immediately to rule out alopecia.

Faltu ka stress lene se kuch nahi hoga, ulta baal aur jhadenge. Clean your comb regularly, use a mild shampoo, and drink 8 glasses of water daily. If the problem is too much, then go and show a doctor.

Please don't waste money on expensive anti-hairfall shampoos or random home oils that promise miracles. Hair fall due to stress is a biological condition called telogen effluvium, which needs proper medical diagnosis. Go visit a dermatologist.

Stress makes us skip meals or eat junk, which deprives our hair of essential nutrients like iron and protein. Try adding walnuts, almonds, and amla juice to your daily diet. If the hair fall is severe, please check with a dermatologist for tests.

Yes, absolutely. Stress is the number one cause of sudden hair fall, so keeping a calm mind is very important.

My hair is leaving my head faster than my savings leave my bank account during a sale! Don't stress too much about losing hair, or you'll lose the rest of it too. Chill out, get some sleep, and let the doctor handle the rest.
