Can pregnancy test be taken at night?

I'm feeling really anxious to know if I'm pregnant or not, and I keep forgetting to take the test in the morning. Is it okay to take a pregnancy test at night, or will it not be as reliable?

Haan na, taking it at night is fine but results might not be that clear if it's too early. Actually, daytime me water intake is high, so urine dilute ho jata hai. If you can wait, subah first thing check karo, result ekdum solid aayega.

Actually yaar, testing at night is totally fine if your period is already late by a week or so because hCG levels are high by then. But if you are testing before your missed date, night tests might show a false negative. Try not to drink liquid for 3 hours before testing.

I am so tempted to check tonight because the suspense is making me very restless. If I get a negative at night, does it mean I am definitely not pregnant, or should I still retest in the morning? Sorry if this is a silly question.

My mother-in-law advised me to always wait for the morning to do any test, as they believe it brings the best energy and accuracy. Scientifically too, my doctor confirmed that the hCG hormone concentration is highest in the first morning urine. So, it is definitely better to wait until morning if you can.

We tried testing at night once and got a very confusing faint line, which caused a lot of unwanted stress. It's much better to stick to a disciplined morning routine for these tests. If you are having hormonal issues like thyroid, keeping track of exact timings with your doctor's advice is very important.
