Can pregnancy cause toothache?

Since I got pregnant, I've been having this dull ache in my tooth, especially after eating. My mother-in-law mentioned that sometimes pregnancy can affect your teeth. Is it common for teeth to hurt during this time or should I see a dentist right away?

Yes, hormonal changes during pregnancy can cause toothaches and gum inflammation. It is also a good idea to keep your thyroid levels in check, as hormonal imbalances can sometimes affect overall health. Definitely see your doctor for advice.

Pregnancy gingivitis is extremely common due to increased blood supply to the gums. It can easily lead to a throbbing toothache. Do not ignore this; book an appointment with your dentist as soon as possible.

Haan beta, pregnancy during time teeth can hurt due to vomiting and weakness. You can gargle with warm water to feel better, but please tell your doctor about this so they can help you properly. Take care of your health.

I would be so terrified if I got a toothache right now because I always worry about how dental treatments might affect the baby. But please don't stress, many dental procedures are safe during pregnancy. Just go to a good dentist to get it checked safely.

You should focus on eating soft, calcium-rich foods like curd and avoiding sugary snacks that can irritate your teeth. While natural rinses can provide temporary comfort, you must consult your dentist to treat the root cause.

I remember having a severe toothache during my second pregnancy, and my mother told me it was because of all the body changes. It is very common, beta. Just make sure to get it checked by a dentist so you can be comfortable.

Please don't try any unverified home remedies you find online for a toothache. Some herbs and oils can be harmful during pregnancy. Go to a qualified dentist and let them handle it professionally.
