I've been drinking mushroom coffee for three months now instead of my regular Nescafe. Didn't gain any weight from it, honestly. It's super low calorie unless you are loading it with full-fat milk and sugar, so don't worry about it.

I freaked out and thought mushroom coffee was bloating me up and adding weight. But after a week, my body adjusted and the bloating went away completely. It is actually very low-calorie, so don't worry, it won't make you fat!

With the amount of coffee I drink to stay alive, mushroom coffee is actually a blessing. It has barely any calories, so it won't make you gain weight. Now, the three biscuits I eat with it? That's a completely different story.

When I started my wellness journey, my doctor at Kokilaben hospital told me to be very careful with trendy supplements. Mushroom coffee itself doesn't cause weight gain, but some brands have added sugars or adaptogens that might not suit everyone. Better to ask your doctor or clinical nutritionist before changing your diet.

I have been using adaptogenic mushroom coffee for a year. The blend itself has almost zero calories. If you are gaining weight, look at what you are adding to the cup—like heavy milk, cream, or sugar. Drink it black or with low-fat milk, and you will be fine.
