Our bodies have a wonderful capacity to heal themselves. Mono can cause some temporary liver inflammation, but stay positive and focus on resting your mind and body. This phase will pass soon, take care.

Yes, it can affect the liver, but don't buy expensive liver tonics without asking. Just eat simple, fat-free home food like boiled dal and rice, drink clean water, and get enough sleep. That is what helps the most.

Any potential liver involvement should be evaluated by a healthcare professional. Please do not assume it will just go away. Get a proper LFT done and consult your doctor to ensure there are no complications.

Yes, it can swell up your liver, which means saying goodbye to all delicious street food, spicy biryanis, and alcohol for a while. It's tough but your liver needs a break to bounce back!

I completely panicked when my report showed high liver numbers during mono, but my doctor reassured me it's totally normal for this virus. It is almost always temporary and clears up on its own with rest.
