Can milk cause hair loss?

I've noticed significant hair thinning recently, and I'm trying to figure out all possible causes. Someone mentioned that dairy products might be a culprit. Could it be true that milk can cause hair loss?

Actually, I went through this exact same worry last year when my hair fall started. Milk itself usually doesn't cause hair loss, in fact, it has good proteins. But if you are lactose intolerant, it can cause gut issues which might affect nutrient absorption, so maybe check that angle.

Before you spend thousands on expensive hair clinics or stop drinking milk, just get a basic blood test done first. A simple B12 and Vitamin D test is much cheaper and usually reveals the real reason behind hair fall. No point wasting money on fancy shampoos without knowing the root cause.

Agar doodh se baal jhadte, toh humare dadi-nani toh kab ke ganje ho gaye hote! Relax, milk is not the enemy here. It is probably just the daily city pollution and office stress doing its magic on our heads.

I had massive hair fall and thought my daily milk and whey protein was causing it. Turned out my stress levels and water quality were the real culprits, not dairy. Focus on a balanced diet, keep your scalp clean, and don't panic-stop drinking milk unless a doctor tells you to.

Haan na, even I used to think the same when my hair was falling like crazy. But actually milk has good calcium and protein which is good for hair roots. Just make sure you are digested it properly, baki tension mat lo.

I completely understand how heartbreaking it is to see chunks of hair in the drain every morning, it really ruins your confidence. Don't blame yourself or your daily chai/milk routine for it. Take a deep breath and visit a dermatologist, they will help you navigate this gently.

I was just reading about this yesterday because even my hair is thinning a bit. Some articles say high dairy can sometimes trigger sebum production if you are prone to acne or hormonal issues, but there's no direct link to hair fall. It's a bit confusing honestly.

No, milk doesn't directly cause hair loss. It's usually genetics, stress, or other vitamin deficiencies.
