Can low b12 cause weight gain?

I've been trying hard to lose weight, but it feels impossible, and my recent blood test showed low B12. I'm wondering if there's a connection. Can low vitamin B12 levels actually cause weight gain?

Listen, don't stress too much about the weight gain. Low B12 makes you feel super tired and sluggish, so you naturally move less. Just get your levels checked and start the tablets, everything will fine.

Don't worry unnecessarily. Low B12 causes extreme fatigue, which makes us inactive and can lead to slight weight gain. Get a simple blood test and consult a doctor; it is very easy to manage once you start supplements.

Low B12 directly affects your energy levels, making workouts feel twice as hard. When you are constantly fatigued, your metabolism slows down. Get your B12 levels up, and your energy to burn calories will return.

When the body lacks essential nutrients like B12, it feels heavy and tired. Stay positive and take care of your nutrition. Nourishing your body with simple milk products can help restore your natural balance.

Honestly, I thought my weight gain was from midnight instant noodles, but maybe it's just my low B12 making me too lazy to even stand up. Time to get tested before I blame all my life problems on vitamins!

I was gaining weight despite eating less because my B12 was super low and I felt like a zombie all day. Once my doc put me on weekly supplements, my energy levels shot up and my weight went back to normal.

My physician explained that B12 deficiency is closely linked to altered lipid metabolism and fatigue-induced physical inactivity. This combination often leads to gradual weight gain. A proper supplement course usually resolves the metabolic sluggishness.
