Can liver repair itself from alcohol?

I've recently cut back drastically on alcohol and am trying to live a healthier lifestyle. My friend told me the liver is amazing and can heal itself. Can the liver actually repair itself from alcohol-related damage to some extent?

Yes, absolutely! Our liver is a superstar organ that heals itself nicely if you stop drinking completely. Just stay positive, eat healthy, and hydrate well! 🌟

Listen, don't stress too much about what happened in the past. Just stop the drinks from today itself and start eating healthy. Your body is smart and it will handle the rest, trust me buddy.

Don't panic. The liver has a very strong natural ability to heal, but you have to completely support it by stopping all alcohol immediately. Take care of your diet and keep a close eye on your health from now on.

The liver is the only organ that forgives us for all our bad weekend decisions! Give it some clean water and rest instead of party fuel, and it will silently do its magic.

While it can recover, you should get an ultrasound and LFT done at a good hospital. Clearly ask your hepatologist about the level of damage because every person's recovery capacity is different.
