Can lack of magnesium cause hair loss?

My hair is definitely thinner than it used to be, and I'm trying to identify potential causes beyond just stress. I've heard magnesium is important for overall health. Could a deficiency in magnesium be contributing to my hair loss?

Haan na, magnesium deficiency can definitely affect hair growth. It helps with protein synthesis and hair follicles need that. Eating some soaked almonds and pumpkin seeds daily can help a lot, try karke dekho.

Well, our hair seems to complain and leave us for the smallest reasons, and magnesium deficiency is definitely one of them! Don't worry, you don't have to go bald. Just add some nuts and bananas to your diet and your scalp might forgive you.

I know how stressful it is to watch your hair thin out every time you comb it. I felt so helpless and kept changing shampoos in vain. Once I addressed my mineral deficiencies, including magnesium, my hair started recovering. It takes time, so please be patient with yourself.

I was facing severe hair fall along with muscle cramps a few months back. My doctor checked my blood reports and identified a magnesium deficiency. I started taking supplements and eating more green veggies, and honestly, the hair fall stopped within a month.

As someone who manages high blood pressure, I know magnesium is crucial for blood flow and nerve function. Poor blood circulation to the scalp can easily trigger hair loss. It is best to get a full blood panel done and consult your doctor about your mineral levels.
