I completely understand why you're asking this; when I was pregnant, I was absolutely terrified of putting anything in my body that might affect the baby. Biotin is generally safe in normal amounts, but high-dose supplements can be risky. Definitely show your prenatal vitamins to your doctor to see if you even need extra biotin.

During my pregnancy, I preferred getting my nutrients naturally through a wholesome diet rather than extra pills. While a little biotin is fine, high doses are best avoided. Focus on gentle yoga and a balanced diet, and consult your doctor before starting any hair supplements.

Instead of high-dose biotin pills, it is much safer to eat biotin-rich vegetarian foods like almonds, walnuts, and sweet potatoes during pregnancy. If you still feel the need for a supplement, please make sure your obstetrician approves the dosage first.

Haan na, pregnancy mein hair fall ka darr toh lagta hi hai. But extra biotin tablets lene se pehle doctor se poochna zaroori hai, ho na? Usually, prenatal vitamins already have enough biotin, so we don't need extra high doses.

I panicked so much when I realized my daily multivitamin had biotin in it, thinking I had made a huge mistake! But my gynac reassured me that the small amount in prenatals is totally safe and actually needed. Just avoid the high-dose hair supplements and you'll be fine.

Any extra supplement during pregnancy should be strictly monitored for safety reasons. High levels of biotin can also interfere with certain lab test results, which is risky. Get a green light from your gynecologist before taking it.

Since I have PCOS, I was taking biotin for hair thinning before, but my doctor made me stop when I was trying to conceive. She said normal prenatal vitamins have plenty of biotin and high doses aren't safe during pregnancy. Do consult your doctor before continuing.

No need to spend money on fancy biotin gummies which might not even be safe right now. Just eat a healthy diet with boiled eggs, milk, and nuts which naturally have biotin. If you still want a tablet, let your doctor prescribe a safe one.

Hey, don't stress too much about the hair fall right now, it is super common during this phase! Normal food-based biotin is totally fine, but those high-dose beauty gummies are a big no-no unless your gynac clears them. Just chill and ask your doc during your next visit!

Haan, skin aur hair ke liye biotin achha toh hai, par pregnancy mein bina doctor ke kuch mat lena. Over-the-counter gummies aur tablets mein dosage bahut high hoti hai jo safe nahi hai. Ek baar check karwa lo na doctor se.
