Can i have grapes during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and have been craving grapes lately, especially the black ones. My aunt warned me that they might not be good during pregnancy. Can I actually have grapes safely during pregnancy, or should I avoid them completely?

Haan beta, you can eat grapes, they are very sweet and juicy. Just wash them properly with clean water before eating so that no chemicals or dust are left on them. Don't eat too cold directly from fridge.

I was reading some blogs about this because there is a lot of myth around grapes causing heat in the body. Actually, grapes have resveratrol which is good, but too many black grapes might cause heat. Stick to green ones in moderation.

My sister was eating grapes throughout her pregnancy because she had crazy sour cravings. They are totally fine to have, just make sure to wash them thoroughly. Honestly, they are a great healthy snack when you want something sweet.

Grapes are good for potassium and managing blood pressure, but they also contain quite a lot of natural sugar. Just make sure you check your blood sugar and BP regularly and consult your doctor for a balanced fruit plan.

I read online that grapes have a compound called resveratrol that might be risky in the first trimester, and now I'm super anxious. But my doctor said a small bowl of washed grapes is totally fine. Just don't overeat them to keep your mind at peace.

Grapes are safe and offer beneficial hydration and vitamins during pregnancy. However, because of their high fructose content, women with gestational diabetes should limit their intake. It is best to consult your healthcare provider to understand your specific dietary limits.

Yes, grapes are a great plant-based source of hydration and antioxidants. Just be careful not to eat too many at once as they can cause loose motions due to the fiber. Always wash them in vinegar water to remove pesticides.

Grapes are so refreshing during summers, ho na. You can eat them but just don't have too many of the sour ones as they can cause acidity. Wash them nicely with warm water first.

Actually, yaar, there is no real harm in eating grapes during pregnancy. It's mostly an old wives' tale that they cause heat. Just wash them well and have a small portion as a snack.
