Oh, ricotta on a sourdough toast with some honey is absolute heaven! Yes, you can eat it during pregnancy, just double check that the tub clearly says pasteurized to keep it safe for the baby.

Look, ricotta cheese is fine as long as it is made from pasteurized milk. Just buy a reputed brand from a proper supermarket and check the expiry date. Avoid loose or home-crafted cheese from local markets.

We always recommend freshly made paneer or soft pasteurized cheese to our daughters during pregnancy. Ricotta is safe as long as it is processed and fresh. Do not worry, just enjoy it in moderation.

I ate pasteurized ricotta cheese pasta during my second trimester to help with my calcium intake. Just make sure the package is fresh and don't keep an opened tub in the fridge for more than two days.

If you have gestational diabetes, ricotta is actually a decent low-carb, high-protein snack. Just make sure you check the label for any added sugars or flavorings, and consult your doctor for your diet plan.

Ricotta is a very quick way to add protein to your meals if you are working. Just buy the standard pasteurized ones from the grocery store. It is totally safe as long as it isn't raw cheese.
