Can i eat raisins during pregnancy?

I usually snack on a handful of raisins every day as they're easy and healthy. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm double-checking everything. Can I eat raisins during pregnancy?

I used to eat soaked raisins every morning during my pregnancy to prevent constipation, and it worked wonders. Just soak 5 to 6 raisins overnight in water and eat them first thing in the morning.

Raisins (kishmish) are very good for pregnant women as they give instant energy and keep the stomach cool. We always gave soaked kishmish to our daughters. Do not worry and enjoy them in limit.

Haan, bilkul khao na! Raisins are great for digestion and iron. Bas seedhe packet se mat khana, use thoda paani me bhigokar khana, stomach ke liye bahut light ho jata hai.

I read that raisins are high in natural sugars, so I got super worried about gestational diabetes. Did anyone else worry about this? My doctor said a small handful is totally safe, but I still feel a bit nervous.

I know how uncomfortable constipation can be during pregnancy. Try soaking black raisins overnight and drinking the water along with the raisins in the morning. It is a very safe and natural home remedy.
