Haan na, popcorn is completely safe to eat during pregnancy. Just avoid the heavy butter or cheese ones from the theater. Normal home-cooked popcorn with a little salt is very nice, ho na.

I can only speak from my wife's experience during her pregnancy. She used to eat lightly salted home-popped corn when she had mild nausea and it really helped settle her stomach. It's a great light snack.

Yes, popcorn is a whole grain and perfectly safe. Just try to avoid microwaved bags as they contain extra preservatives and artificial flavors.

I completely understand how stressful it is to double-check every single food item when you are pregnant. Don't worry, popcorn is absolutely fine and actually rich in fiber. Just keep the salt levels moderate.

Popcorn is a good, high-fiber snack that can actually help prevent constipation. Just be careful with too much salt which can cause water retention and bloating. Making it at home on the stove is the healthiest option.
