Can i eat mahi mahi during pregnancy?

I'm a big seafood lover, and mahi-mahi is one of my favorites. I know some fish are not recommended during pregnancy due to mercury. Can I eat mahi-mahi safely?

Mahi mahi is a moderate-mercury fish. You can eat it, but limit it to once or twice a month at most, and make sure it is fully cooked, never raw. Always safer to opt for low-mercury fish like pomfret if you have a choice.

I track seafood metrics closely. Mahi mahi has great omega-3 fatty acids, but because of its mercury ranking, pregnancy guidelines suggest limiting the portion size. Try logging it to ensure you don't exceed safe weekly limits.

Humare yahan toh simple machhli milti hai jo acche se pakakar khate hain. Mahi mahi agar bahaar ka fish hai toh thoda sambhal ke khaiye. Ghar pe hi acche se dho kar aur pakakar khaiye, bahaar ka mat khaiye.

I love seafood but had to cut down during my pregnancy. Mahi mahi is okay occasionally, but honestly, the mercury worry made me switch to safer options like surmai or hilsa. Just make sure whatever you eat is thoroughly cooked!

In our coastal families, we always ate fresh catch, but during pregnancy we avoided big ocean fish. It's best to stick to well-known local fresh river fish cooked thoroughly at home. Keep your diet simple and safe.
