Can i eat guava during pregnancy?

I'm currently in my second trimester, and I have a huge craving for guava. My daadi says it's very good for health, but I just want to make sure it's safe for pregnant women.

Haan na, guava is perfectly fine during pregnancy! It is actually very rich in Vitamin C and helps with constipation too. Just peel the skin if it is too hard and avoid eating too many seeds, ho na.

I was so worried that eating guava with seeds would cause appendicitis or some stomach blockage during my pregnancy. But I researched so much and found out it is completely safe and actually helps with digestion. Just wash it thoroughly to be safe!

My wife's doctor at Fortis Hospital told us that guava is highly recommended during pregnancy as it boosts immunity. However, he advised us to wash it with safe water and peel the outer skin to prevent any risk of bacterial infections. Do ask your doctor on your next visit too.

Amrood toh bohot achha hota hai beta, isme bohot takat hoti hai. Bass dhyan rakhna ki zyada paka hua aur saaf amrood hi khao. Thoda kala namak lagakar khao, hazma bhi achha rahega.

Go ahead and enjoy your amrood! It is basically a natural multivitamin. Just don't blame me if you spend the afternoon spitting out a million tiny seeds, that is the only real struggle here!

Guava with a little red chili powder and salt is the absolute best thing for those afternoon sour cravings! It is super high in fiber and Vitamin C, so it is a perfect healthy snack to keep you full between meals.
