Can i eat egg in pregnancy?

My doctor emphasized the importance of protein, and eggs are an easy way to get it. I'm wondering if there are any restrictions on how many I can eat. Can I eat egg in pregnancy every day for breakfast?

Eggs are the best and most affordable source of protein you can find. Just buy a regular tray, boil them completely until the yolk is hard, and have one or two daily. No need to buy expensive protein powders or fancy health drinks.

Yes, absolutely! I lived on boiled eggs and cheese omelets during my pregnancy. Just make sure the yolk is fully cooked—no runny eggs or half-frys for now, even if you love them like I do. Fully cooked eggs are super yummy and safe!

Eggs are excellent if you are watching your sugar levels during pregnancy. They have almost zero carbs and won't spike your blood glucose. Just make sure to eat them fully boiled and keep an eye on your cholesterol levels if your doctor has advised so.

Boiled eggs are very good for the baby's growth as they give natural strength. Always eat them fresh and hot, never keep boiled eggs in the fridge for too long. If you ever get severe stomach cramps or diarrhea after eating them, see your doctor immediately.

Yes, eggs are safe, but my doctor at Max Hospital advised me to completely avoid raw or soft-boiled eggs because of the salmonella risk. Please check with your doctor clearly about how many eggs are safe for your specific blood reports.

We used to eat two boiled eggs every day during our time to ensure the baby grows strong and healthy. It is very good for the baby's brain. Don't worry so much, just eat fresh, hot food and stay happy.

Eggs are great, but if you have high blood pressure issues during pregnancy, you might want to limit the egg yolks. I have to manage my BP daily, and keeping salt and yolk intake low helps. Keep monitoring your blood pressure regularly at the clinic.

Eat them now while you can actually sit down and chew! Hard-boiled eggs were my go-to because they are quick. Once the baby comes, you will be lucky to even get a warm cup of tea, let alone a cooked meal.

Getting protein from eggs is way cheaper than buying those expensive protein powders sold for pregnant women. Two boiled eggs a day costs very little and gives real nutrition. Saves money for the delivery costs and hospital bills later.

My doctor said fully cooked eggs are safe, but I still feel so nervous about food poisoning. Did anyone else feel really anxious about eating eggs during their first trimester? How did you manage to get past that worry?
