Can i drink prune juice during pregnancy?
I've been feeling a bit constipated lately, and my Dadi suggested prune juice. Since I'm pregnant, I want to be super careful about what I consume. Is prune juice okay to drink?

I had terrible constipation during my fifth month and tried half a glass of warm prune juice every morning. Honestly, it worked wonders for me and was very gentle. But do check with your own doctor before starting it, just to be sure.
I am also thinking of trying prune juice for constipation, but is it really safe? Did anyone experience any gas or cramps after having it? I am always so scared to try new things during pregnancy, please let me know.
Prune juice is great for fiber, but keep an eye on the sugar content since some packed ones have high calories. You can track your daily intake on any health app to ensure you aren't overdoing the sugar. Start with a small amount, like 100ml, to see how your stomach reacts.
Prune juice is a lifesaver for pregnancy constipation, completely fine to drink. Just don't go drinking cartons of it daily or you will end up with a runny stomach. Stick to a small glass and you're good to go.

It is very normal to have constipation, ghar pe dry prunes ko paani mein soak karke bhi kha sakte ho. Prune juice is also fine, just warm it up a little bit if you like. If it doesn't help in a couple of days, please tell your doctor instead of trying too many remedies.
