Can i drink orange juice during pregnancy?

My doctor told me to increase my vitamin C intake during pregnancy. I love orange juice, and it feels like a good source. Can I drink orange juice during pregnancy every day, or is there a limit due to its sugar content or acidity? I want to make sure it's beneficial.

I completely understand how stressful it is to check every single food item when you are expecting. Orange juice is actually fantastic because of Vitamin C and folate. Just try to have fresh homemade juice instead of packaged ones to avoid preservatives.

Orange juice is great for nutrient absorption, especially iron. If you track your nutrition on apps, just log it because it has natural sugars. Eating the whole fruit is even better for the fiber content!

Hey, relax! Orange juice is totally safe and highly recommended during these months. Just make sure the oranges are washed well before juicing, and drink it fresh. You're doing great, take care.

Absolutely, it's safe. Just make sure it is pasteurized if you are buying bottled juice, as raw unpasteurized juices can carry bacteria that are risky during pregnancy. Homemade is always safest.

Orange juice is packed with vitamin C, but since I have PCOS, I have to be careful with juice because it lacks fiber and can spike blood sugar. Eating a whole orange might be a safer option if you are watching your sugar.

Haan piyo, koi dikkat nahi hai. Lekin dhyan rakhna ki market ke pack wale juice mein bohot preservative hote hain. Ghar par taaza nikal kar piyo, wohi sabse badiya hai.
