Can i drink milk on weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and have cut down on a lot of fatty foods. However, I still enjoy my daily glass of milk. Some people say milk can hinder weight loss. Can I drink milk on weight loss, or should I consider alternatives like almond milk? I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.

When you have a busy workday, a glass of skimmed milk with some nuts is a super quick breakfast. It keeps you full for hours and prevents junk cravings. Just account for the calories and you're good to go.

I used to feel so much guilt drinking milk because people online told me dairy makes you fat. It really messed with my mind. Please don't worry, milk is great for protein and calcium, just choose low-fat option if you want to be safe.

In our younger days, milk was considered essential for strength, and nobody got fat from it. Don't avoid natural foods. Just drink a glass of boiled skimmed milk without adding white sugar, and you will stay healthy and strong.

Honestly, a glass of warm milk at midnight is the only thing keeping me sane when I can't sleep. It has some calories, sure, but sleep is also important for weight loss, right? Just drink it and sleep peacefully!

I was researching this yesterday on fitness blogs. Most trainers say milk is perfectly fine for weight loss because of the protein content. Double-toned or skimmed milk seems to be the popular choice.

I cannot live without my evening milk chai! Instead of cutting out milk completely, I just switched to low-fat milk and halved the sugar. Weight loss shouldn't mean giving up everything you love.
