Can i drink coke zero during weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and trying to cut down on sugar. I occasionally crave soft drinks, so I thought of switching to Coke Zero. Can I drink Coke Zero during weight loss without it affecting my progress negatively? I want to make sure I'm making healthy choices.

I go to a very good dietitian at Fortis, and she strictly advised me against relying on zero-calorie sodas. The artificial sweeteners can sometimes mess with your gut health and appetite. It's best to ask your own doctor or nutritionist what fits your diet plan.

According to the advice I got from my physician, the zero calories in Coke Zero won't directly make you gain weight. However, research suggests artificial sweeteners can trigger insulin responses or make you crave actual sugar later. Moderation is key.

In our days, we never had these artificial drinks for fitness. If you want something refreshing during weight loss, drink warm water with honey or a cup of jeera water. These natural drinks help digestion much better than canned sodas.

Honestly, when you are busy and trying to lose weight, Coke Zero is a quick savior for sweet cravings. It won't break your calorie deficit. Just don't let it replace your actual water intake during work hours.

Bhai, vajan ghatane ke liye ghar ka saadha khana aur paani hi sabse badhiya hai. Yeh sab botal waali cheezein chemical se bhari hoti hain. Kabhi kabaar thik hai, par roz mat piyo.

I always worry about the long-term effects of sweet chemicals on our liver. I think a small can once a week might be okay so you don't feel deprived, but please don't make it a daily habit. We have to be so careful with what we put in our bodies!
