Can i drink chai tea during pregnancy?

I really enjoy chai tea, especially the spiced variety, but I'm pregnant now. I know it contains some caffeine and spices. Can I drink chai tea during pregnancy, or should I completely avoid it? I usually have it with milk.

Arre bilkul pi sakte ho, hamare desh me bina chai ke subah hoti hai kya? Bas dhyan rakhna ki din me 4-5 cup mat peena. Ek ya do cup simple ghar ki adrak wali chai bilkul safe hai, bas caffeine limit me rakho.

Yes, of course! ☕ A warm cup of adrak-elaichi chai is literally the best thing for morning sickness. Just keep it to 1 or 2 small cups a day so you don't overdo the caffeine. Enjoy your tea time! 😊

While regular chai is generally fine in moderation, some commercial masala chais have herbs that might not be recommended. It is always safest to check with your gynecologist about what ingredients are safe for your specific pregnancy.

Yes, you can have chai. Just track your total caffeine intake on a health app to make sure you stay under the 200 mg limit daily. Also, try to keep the sugar levels low to avoid any risk of gestational diabetes.

I had to manage thyroid during my pregnancy, so I was very careful with everything. Regular milk chai is fine in moderation, but try not to have it close to your thyroid or iron medicines as it can affect absorption. Keep up with your routine doctor follow-ups.
