Can i drink apple cider vinegar in pregnancy?

I've heard some people say apple cider vinegar is good for digestion. I'm in my first trimester and experiencing a lot of acidity. Can I drink apple cider vinegar in pregnancy for relief, or is it not recommended? I want to be very careful.

I totally panicked when I accidentally drank some salad dressing with ACV in my first trimester, thinking I made a huge mistake! But my gynecologist reassured me it's completely normal and safe as long as it's pasteurized. Just dilute it and don't worry.

I want to try ACV for my bloating, but I keep overthinking if it will cause any stomach issues for the baby. Did anyone else feel anxious about trying this, and did it actually help you without causing any side effects?

Honestly, don't just follow random internet trends or health blogs during pregnancy. ACV might cause acidity or throat burns if not diluted properly. It is always better and safer to verify directly with your doctor before trying such remedies.

Haan na, pregnancy me acidity ka so much trouble happens! Pasteurized ACV is fine to drink with water, but don't take the raw one with the 'mother' during these months. Keep it simple and dilute it properly, ho na.

I am also a major overthinker and I know how scary every dietary choice feels right now. It is generally safe if it's pasteurized and well-diluted, but please start with just a tiny drop to see if your stomach tolerates it. Sending you lots of strength!

I totally get it, dealing with morning sickness and constant bloating is so frustrating and you just want some quick relief! ACV diluted in a glass of warm water can help, but go easy on your stomach and don't force it if you don't like the taste.

I had to manage both my thyroid and pregnancy carefully, so I had to be very strict with my diet. ACV is okay occasionally, but don't let it interfere with your regular pregnancy vitamins or medications. Keep up with your routine blood tests and follow-ups.
