Can i breastfeed during pregnancy?

I have a one-year-old whom I'm still breastfeeding, and I just found out I'm pregnant again. I want to continue breastfeeding if it's safe. Is it okay to breastfeed my current child while I'm pregnant with the new baby?

Haan, bilkul kar sakte hain, isme koi problem nahi hai. Bas thoda tiredness feel ho sakti hai kyunki body double kaam kar rahi hai na. Diet achhi rakhna.

Yes, it is perfectly safe to continue breastfeeding while pregnant. Your body is capable of handling both, just ensure you are getting enough calories and staying hydrated.

I fed my elder one till my fourth month of pregnancy! Your nipples might get a bit sensitive because of the pregnancy hormones, but otherwise it is totally fine if you feel comfortable.

In my experience, listening to your body is key. Gentle breathing exercises and a calm mind will help you manage the physical demands of feeding your toddler while carrying your next baby.

Actually, you can feed yaar, but sometimes it triggers mild contractions. If you have any history of early labor, just discuss with your doc once to be on the safer side.
