Can hormonal hair loss be reversed?

My dermatologist said my hair loss is hormonal. It's been very upsetting to see so much hair fall. I want to know if this type of hair loss can actually be reversed completely.

Yes, hormonal hair loss can absolutely be managed and often reversed if caught early. The key is addressing the root cause, whether it is thyroid imbalance, PCOS, or high dht levels. A combination of correct medical treatment and a balanced diet works wonders.

I experienced severe hair thinning when my blood sugar levels were highly unstable. Managing your insulin levels through a strict low-carb diet is crucial, as insulin resistance directly triggers hormonal imbalances like high androgen levels. Work with an endocrinologist to fix your metabolic health first.

I know how heartbreaking it is to see chunks of hair on your brush every day. Along with your doctor's prescriptions, try applying fresh rosemary water to your scalp daily and scalp massaging. These small, consistent steps really help stimulate dormant hair follicles over time.

I agree, it is definitely reversible with patience. Getting my iron and vitamin D levels corrected along with hormonal treatment made a huge difference for me.

Haan bilkul, hormonal hair loss reverse ho sakta hai agar sahi time par treatment shuru karein toh. My sister was losing so much hair due to thyroid issues, but medicine start karne ke baad normal ho gaya na. Apne hormones check karwa lo pehle.
