Actually, yes yaar, they are so close by that the pressure from swollen piles can definitely make the vaginal area feel sore and heavy. I faced this last year and it was super uncomfortable to even sit. Please go see a doctor to get the right ointment and relief.

While vaginal soreness can sometimes happen due to pelvic pressure from piles, it can also indicate an infection or other gynecological issues. It is always safest to get it checked by a doctor. Please do not delay your consultation.

I completely understand how painful and frustrating this can be. Since the pelvic muscles are all connected, hemorrhoid swelling can definitely radiate pain to the vaginal area. Doing warm water sitz baths for 15 minutes twice a day helped me get immense relief, but please see a gynecologist to be absolutely safe.

I am dealing with this swelling and a strange aching sensation in the vaginal area too, and I was too shy to ask anyone. Is it really common for piles to cause this? If anyone has any tips on how to talk to a doctor about this, please let me know.

My doctor explained that the nerve pathways in the pelvic floor are shared, so intense rectal pain or swelling from hemorrhoids can indeed cause referred pain in the vaginal region. He advised against assuming it's just piles and recommended a proper pelvic exam. Definitely get evaluated by a professional.

Many women in our group have mentioned feeling vaginal pressure and pain when their hemorrhoids are flared up. The swelling in the rectal veins can press on surrounding tissues. Use a soft cushion to sit, avoid straining, and please consult your doctor to get proper medical guidance.
