Can grinding teeth cause tooth pain?

Lately, I've been waking up with a sore jaw and some dull pain in my teeth. My husband says he sometimes hears me grinding my teeth at night. Can this habit really be the reason for my tooth pain?

Oh absolutely, it does! I grind my teeth so hard at night that I wake up feeling like someone punched me in the jaw. My teeth used to hurt constantly until I got a mouthguard from my dentist. Highly recommend getting one before you crack a tooth.

Between work stress and poor sleep, grinding teeth is very common and definitely causes persistent tooth pain. Don't ignore it hoping it will go away. Take 30 minutes out of your schedule, visit a dentist, and get a guard made to protect your enamel.

My mother told me to apply warm compress to my jaw to reduce the pain, but the actual relief came only after visiting my dentist. Teeth grinding erodes the enamel and causes deep sensitivity. Please consult a dentist to get a custom night guard.

Haan na, teeth grinding se bohot jyada teeth pain hota hai. My wife has this habit because of stress and her molars used to ache a lot. Go to the dentist and ask for a night guard, it really helps to relax the jaw.

Yes, teeth grinding causes severe jaw and tooth pain. Don't buy those cheap mouthguards online because they don't fit well and ruin your bite. Go to a local dental clinic; custom guards cost around 1500 to 2500 rupees, which is much cheaper than a future root canal.
