Can energy drinks cause hair loss in females?

I've been drinking a lot of energy drinks to stay awake for my college studies. Lately, I've noticed significant hair fall, which is really upsetting me. Can energy drinks actually cause hair loss in females?

Haan behan, yeh sab botal wali cheezein sharir ko andar se nuksaan pahunchati hain. Itna caffeine aur sugar peene se pet kharab hota hai aur phir baal jhadne lagte hain. Aap yeh sab chod kar dahi aur amla khana shuru karo, baal bilkul thik ho jayenge.

My grandmother always says that any heating food or heavy stimulants will cause hair fall. While she recommends curry leaves and coconut oil, my dermatologist also confirmed that excessive caffeine and sugar from energy drinks can spike stress hormones, which definitely triggers hair thinning. It's best to stop these drinks and consult a skin specialist.

I was actually reading about this because my hair fall has been crazy lately. Apparently, high caffeine can affect vitamin absorption, and the massive sugar spike causes inflammation, both of which are bad for hair follicles. I’m thinking of cutting down my caffeine intake just to see if it helps.

Haan na, energy drinks se hair fall ho sakta hai, because of too much stress on the body. Itna chemical aur heavy caffeine humari skin aur baalon ke liye achha nahi hai. Normal paani aur nimbu paani piyo, hair quality apne aap sudhar jayegi.

My sister was chugging energy drinks during her CA exams and her hair started shedding like crazy. The doctor told her it was a mix of intense exam stress and the high caffeine messing with her sleep. Once she stopped the drinks and slept better, the shedding stopped.
