Can dying your hair cause hair loss?
Though I love to experiment with my hair color, lately, I've noticed more hair coming out when I wash it. My friend said it could be because of dyeing. Can regularly dying my hair really lead to hair loss?

It mostly causes hair breakage because of dryness, not actual hair loss from the roots! Just make sure to use a good deep conditioner or hair mask after coloring to keep those locks happy and hydrated. 💖
If you are experiencing sudden, heavy hair fall after coloring, please consult a dermatologist instead of trying random home remedies. It could be an allergic reaction to PPD or some other chemical in the dye, and only a doctor can properly check your scalp health.
My grandmother always tells me to use pure indigo and henna for my grey hair to prevent hair fall. But when I asked my dermatologist, she explained that chemical dyes don't damage the roots directly unless you get a severe allergic reaction or scalp burn. Still, it is better to be gentle and avoid too many harsh bleaches.
Haan bhai, chemical wale rang se baal thode kamzor toh ho hi jaate hain. Humare yahan toh log natural mehndi hi lagate hain jisse baal acche rehte hain. Agar zyada baal jhad rahe hain toh doctor ko zaroor dikha lo.
