Can diet affect hair loss?

Lately, I've noticed a lot of hair fall, and it's quite concerning. I'm trying to figure out what might be causing it. Could my diet be playing a role in my hair loss?

Haan, bilkul asar padta hai na. Agar diet mein protein aur vitamins ki kami hogi toh hair fall toh badhega hi. Maine khud jab se junk food kam karke dahi, daal aur andey khana shuru kiya hai, mere hair ki quality kaafi improve ho gayi hai.

Yes, diet is 100% connected to hair health. If you are crash dieting or not eating enough iron and protein, your hair will go into a shedding phase. Stop looking for magical shampoos and focus on getting a balanced diet with proper nutrient tracking.

Haan na, nutrition missing ho toh hair fall bohot badh jata hai. When I was skipping breakfast and eating outside food due to work, my hair fall was terrible. Once I started having simple ghar ka khana with green veggies, it stopped.

Lack of iron and B12 in a vegetarian diet is a very common cause of hair thinning. Make sure you are consuming regular portions of spinach, paneer, sprouts, and nuts to meet your nutritional goals. It is always wise to get your vitamin levels tested before starting random supplements.

I completely went through this last year when I lost a lot of weight by eating too little. My hair started falling out in clumps, which made me so anxious. Once I started eating balanced meals again with healthy fats and proteins, my hair slowly started growing back.

I love my fried food and sweets, but my receding hairline definitely tells me to stop! Whenever I go on a heavy junk food spree, I notice more hair in my comb. Guess my hair really wants me to eat my greens instead of butter chicken every day.

Yes, nutritional deficiencies like low ferritin or vitamin D are classic triggers for hair loss. Instead of spending money on expensive oils, focus on a high-protein diet with plenty of iron-rich foods. If the shedding doesn't reduce in a couple of months, get a simple blood panel done.
