Can'd mannose cause weight gain?

I started taking D-mannose powder for recurrent UTIs, and it really helps. But since I started, I feel like I've gained a little weight, especially around my mid-section. Could D-mannose be responsible for this weight gain, ya fir it's something else?

I panicked when I started taking D-Mannose for UTIs because I thought it was sugar and would make me gain weight. But my doctor explained it's a simple sugar that your body doesn't actually digest or store as fat. It just gets flushed out in urine, so no weight gain!

Generally, D-Mannose does not cause weight gain as it isn't metabolized like normal sugar. However, if you are noticing sudden weight changes or bloating, it is always safer to consult your physician and get your thyroid or kidney functions checked.

Haan na, starting me mujhe bhi laga ki sugar capsule hai toh weight badh jayega. But actually, it is totally safe and doesn't affect weight at all. Don't worry about taking it for your UTI.

No, D-Mannose won't cause weight gain. I have high blood pressure and watch my diet very carefully, and taking this supplement has never affected my weight or health. Just focus on a low-sodium diet and daily walks.

Nahi yaar, D-Mannose se weight nahi badhta hai. Yeh toh body absorb hi nahi karti, seedhe kidney se flush out ho jata hai. So don't worry, isse koi motapa nahi aane wala, bindass lo.

I have been using D-Mannose off and on for recurrent UTIs and my weight has remained completely stable. It is a highly effective supplement. Just buy a pure powder brand without added artificial sweeteners or artificial colors.

D-Mannose is a type of sugar but it has almost zero impact on your daily calorie intake or blood glucose because your body doesn't break it down for energy. You can take it without worrying about ruining your fitness goals or diet progress.
