Can cyst affect pregnancy?

A friend recently found out she has a cyst, and now she's really worried about conceiving. We've been trying to start a family, so I'm wondering if a cyst can really affect a woman's ability to get pregnant or have a healthy pregnancy.

I have both thyroid and ovarian cysts, and my gynecologist told me that keeping a regular check on hormone levels is very important. You should get routine scans and blood tests done as advised by your doctor to ensure a smooth pregnancy.

Before planning, we did a basic ultrasound package at a local lab which cost around Rs. 1200. It is much better to find out about any cysts early so you can budget for any treatments or extra doctor visits beforehand.

I had a 4cm ovarian cyst during my first trimester and was super scared. But my doctor said most simple cysts actually shrink on their own as the pregnancy progresses. Just keep up with your regular checkups, you will be fine!

I tried many ayurvedic remedies for my cysts, but when it comes to pregnancy, it is best not to self-treat. Home remedies are good for general health, but let your doctor guide you on how to manage cysts during this sensitive time.

Many women have small cysts and still deliver perfectly healthy babies. Don't stress too much or spend on expensive treatments unless your gynecologist advises. Just focus on a healthy home-cooked diet and regular walking.

Haan na, starting me tension toh hota hi hai. But actually, most of my friends also had minor cysts and they had normal pregnancies. Tension mat lo, just consult a good doctor and follow her advice.
