Beta, if you put these heavy chemical creams directly on your scalp, the roots will become weak and slide out. Conditioner is only meant for the ends of your hair. Use a little mustard or amla oil on the scalp instead, and keep these modern creams away from the roots.
With our busy schedules, we often don't rinse our hair properly, leaving conditioner residue which weakens the roots. Apply it from mid-length to tips only and rinse for at least a full minute. If shedding is more than 100 strands a day, consult a dermatologist.
If you are using conditioner like a hair oil and rubbing it into your scalp, then yes, your hair will pack its bags and leave! It makes the roots too soft and slippery. Just apply it to the ends, wash it off, and save your hair the drama.

I used a very heavy silicone conditioner that caused severe scalp build-up and follicle infection, leading to patchy hair loss. Please be very cautious about what products you use. If you see persistent shedding, stop the product and visit a dermatologist immediately.

Don't stress, conditioner itself doesn't cause hair loss from the follicles unless you are applying it on your scalp and clogging the pores. Just change your washing technique—keep it strictly to the hair shafts. If the hair fall continues, let's look into your diet and stress levels.
Haan yaar, agar scalp pe lagaoge toh hair fall toh hoga na. Conditioner scalp ke pores ko block kar deta hai jisse roots kamzor ho jati hain. Hamesha scalp chhod kar niche ke baalon me lagao aur ache se paani se dho lo.
