Yaar, coffee actually shouldn't cause weight gain by itself, but those fancy hazelnut lattes are basically desserts. Also, sometimes too much caffeine dehydrates you and slows down digestion, which causes major bloating. Honestly, just switch to normal black coffee or reduce the milk and see the difference.

Dekho, black coffee is usually fine, but once you start adding too much milk and sugar, it can definitely cause issues. If your stomach feels heavy and bloated, try cutting back on the dairy for a few days to see if it helps. Just take care of your gut and don't stress too much, okay?

Ghar pe simple rule rakho, make your coffee with very little sugar and skimmed milk if you can't drink it black. Drinking a glass of warm water right after waking up, before your coffee, also helps a lot with acidity and bloating. Keep it simple and don't drink it on an empty stomach.

I used to think my constant bloating was just because of my morning coffee and ignored it for months, but it turned out to be a severe gut infection. Please don't just blame coffee and ignore it if the bloating is regular. Better to get a quick checkup with a doc to rule out any underlying digestion issues.

At my age, I have realized that our bodies change how they react to things we loved in our youth. I used to drink three cups of strong filter coffee, but now even one cup makes me feel bloated if I am not active. Walk for fifteen minutes after your meals, and you will find your digestion improves a lot.

Bro same, during exams I drink like four cups a day and my stomach literally swells up. I realized it's because I put so much sugar to stay awake, which definitely adds up to weight gain too. Maybe try having it without sugar or just reduce the count daily, it works.

I've been tracking my macros and water intake on MyFitnessPal, and noticed my bloating spikes on days I have more than two coffees. The caffeine can trigger cortisol, which sometimes causes water retention and bloating. Try tracking your daily steps and drinking 3 liters of water to flush it out.
